Indo-Pak armies exchange fire along LoC in Rajouri

Rajouri, Apr 08 (KNO): The armies of India and Pakistan on Wednesday evening exchanged gunfire along Line of Control in Tarkundi area of Rajouri.

According to wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), sources informed that on Wednesday evening at about 9 PM, ceasefire started in Tarkundi, Rajdhani forward, Beryani Gali, Kanga Gali and other forward villages and areas of Line of Control with Tarkundi area got most affected.

“Both small arms as well as heavy arms including mortar are in use and the forward areas is affected with civilian population areas is also under fire,” they further said.

Indian Army’s Jammu based spokesman said that Pakistan Army resorted to firing and shelling and Indian army is retaliating the fire
