Movement on Gurez-Bandipora Road Suspended Due to Snowfall

Bandipora: Authorities on Tuesday said to have suspended vehicular movement on the Gurez-Bandipora road as a precautionary measure following fresh snowfall at the Razdan Pass, a vital section of the route.
Officials told the news agency JKNS the Razdan Pass has witnessed significant snow accumulation, making the road unsafe for travel. The suspension will remain in place until further orders to ensure public safety.
They said, commuters have been advised to avoid unnecessary travel and stay updated through official announcements regarding the reopening of the route.—(JKNS)
