Poonch : Body of a Sexagenarian man was found near a nallah (rivulet) in Mankote area of Mendhar in Poonch district on Monday.

Official sources told GNS that the body of an elderly man was spotted by passersby at Balnoi nallah and a police team on being informed about the same recovered it at around 0730 hours. The deceased was later identified as Mohammad Ayoub Malik of Balnoi.
Confirming it, a police official told GNS that cognizance has been taken and further proceedings are underway.
