DC Srinagar inspects different Offices in DC Office Complex

Srinagar: In order to ensure proper work culture and efficient public delivery system in the Offices housed in DC Office Complex, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat conducted a detailed inspection of various Offices and sections here today.

The Deputy Commissioner inspected the Tehsil Office South, District Statistical & Evaluation Office, Office of Additional District Development Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner Nazool, Offices of Registrar and Sub-Registrar East, besides petition writers and stamp vendor zones.

During the visit, the DC interacted with the Officers and other Officials and emphasized the paramount importance of transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public service delivery.

He stressed the need for adopting best work ethics and urged the staff to work with a proactive approach while addressing public issues and grievances.

The Deputy Commissioner stressed the significance of maintaining clean and organized office spaces and adhering to established protocols. He also discussed the benefits of technological intervention to streamline processes and reduce manual paperwork.

The DC also enjoined upon the employees to ensure utmost punctuality in their respective offices, besides maintaining proper cleanliness and discipline. He further asked them to work with utmost dedication to ensure time bound disposal of files.

 Meanwhile, the DC also inspected petition writers and stamp vendor zones and laid emphasis on treating the public in a compassionate way.
