Govt orders inquiry in mal-administration at GMC Anantnag

Srinagar, Mar 14: Jammu and Kashmir government has appointed an inquiry officer to check the reports about the mal-administration in Government Medical College and Associated Hospital Anantnag.

In an order by Bhupinder Kumar, secretary to Government Health and Medical Education Department, a copy of which lies with news agency Kashmir Dot Com reads “Sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Dr Yashpal Sharma, Director (Coordination), New Government Colleges, J&K as Inquiry officer to enquire into the matter regarding mal-administration in Government Medical College and Associated Hospital Anantnag.”

The Inquiry officer shall submit the report within a period of three weeks from the issuance of this order, reads the order.
