ADC Gbl inspects healthcare facilities at DH

Directs Hospital Authorities for hassle free facilities to patients

Ganderbal, Jan 14: The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ganderbal, Mehraj-ud-din Shah today visited District Hospital Ganderbal and took a review of the patient care affairs there.

On the occasion, the ADC along with the Medical Superintendent of District Hospital, Dr Yasmeen Kango conducted an extensive visit of all the Hospital departments including Medical ward, Post-operative ward, Gynae section, Ayush centre, SNCU section, Casualty section and different OPDs, IPDs and various specialties in the Hospital.

The ADC took a review of the different facilities in the Hospital including the stock of medicines available in the Hospital, sanitation, heating arrangements, availability of ambulance service etc.

He also interacted with the different patients admitted in Hospital and sought on spot feedback about the treatment and facilities available in the hospital including those under PMJAY.

The Hospital administration was directed to provide hassle free services to all the patients in the hospital keeping in view the inclement weather and ongoing Snowfall activity in the Kashmir region.

Moreover, the hospital administration was directed to display the list of services and medicine available in the hospital at the conspicuous places. It was further directed to ensure availability of all services to the patients in the hospital in a hassle free manner and ensure judicious utilization of available medical and paramedical manpower in the Hospital.

The ADC asked the MS to put up all the effort to make modern/ latest infrastructure and equipment related facilities available in the hospital.
