Around The Society, Rahul Bhat was Recognized As A Gentleman, A Peaceful Person And A Citizen, Respecting Human Values. He Did Not Deserve This Fate: Soz

Prof. Saifuddin Soz, Former Union Minister has issued the following statement to the press, today.

Srinagar, May 13 :“I feel extremely sad that an innocent citizen belonging to Kashmiri Pandit Community has been assassinated by unknown Militants.

It is a wide-ranging feeling in Kashmir that Rahul Bhat was a law-abiding citizen of Kashmir, least interested in public controversies.

The killing of Rahul Bhat has evoked widespread condemnation.

I offer my deepest condolences to the bereaved family.

I urge the Administration to bring the killers to justice, as early as possible.

I also urge the Administration to provide necessary succor to the family concerned, who lost their breadwinner.”
