Srinagar, May 10 : An 8-year-old girl died after she fell in a pool at Gulgam area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara on Tuesday, officials said.
They said that the girl identified as Hameera Gulzar daughter of Gulzar Ahmad Lone fell in the pool and was immediately retrieved. Subsequently she was brought to SDH Kupwara where doctors declared her dead on arrival, they said.
A police official confirmed it to GNS and said that a case has been registered.
