Progress on preparation of District Capex Budget 2022 – 23 discussed at Ganderbal

Ganderbal, April 5: District Development Commissioner Ganderbal, Krittika Jyotsna today chaired a meeting of officers to discuss the preparation of District Capex Budget 2022-23 in the district here in the Conference Hall of Mini Secretariat Ganderbal.

The meeting was attended by ADDC Ganderbal, Khurshid Ahmad Shah, ADC Ganderbal, Farooq Ahmad Baba, CPO, ACD, Executive Engineers of various wings, ACP, BDOs and other concerned.

At the outset, thorough discussion was held upon the DDC Plan 2022-23 consolidated from all DDC Members and PRIs and was discussed department wise.

After thorough discussion, the DDC instructed all the line departments to check feasibility of all works pertaining to their concerned departments at an earliest involving field functionaries so that the plan is finalized on time.

She impressed upon all the officers to resolve all issues while finalizing the works and sought inter departmental coordination. She emphasized that priority should be given to such works that have high impact on ground to meet the developmental aspirations of the general public.
