Mayor  Srinagar visits  Zaina Kadal to meet fire victims

Ensures every possible financial help to the fire  victims
Srinagar, Mar 30 :Mayor Srinagar Junaid Azim Mattu today visited Gadyar area of Zaina Kadal  where five shops were gutted completely while three shops suffered partial damage.
He visited the affected families where he listened to the pleas and concerns of the victims.
 While expressing his sympathies and grief to  the fire victims over the incident , Mattu  assured to  extend all possible help to affected shopkeepers and said that cause of fire would soon be investigated.
He termed the incident as tragic as it is the huge loss of property and said that  we will take every possible measure to help the victim shopkeepers and will  also ask District administration to extend every speedy  possible help to the victims.
Mayor while interacting with the locals of the area said that steps have already been taken for setting up of fire service station  in near future as per the demand of the inhabitants of the area but it is very unfortunate that this incident has taken place.
He further stressed that there will be a transformation of the entire area under Smart City Project as this area is one of first trade  centres of the Shehri Khaas area.
