BJP MP from Khandwa – Nandkumar S Chauhan, passes away

New Delhi, Mar 2 :  Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from Khandwa in Madhya Pradesh, Nandkumar Singh Chauhan, died on Tuesday morning at Medanta Hospital near Gurugram.
He was 68 years old.
Chauhan was hospitalised for almost a month and was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Bhopal after being tested positive for coronavirus on January 11. As his condition deteriorated, he was brought to Medanta Hospital in Gurugram.
Family sources said that his body will be taken to his hometown Khandwa in the afternoon.
Soft-spoken and sociable, Mr Chauhan won from Khandwa for the sixth time in the Lok Sabha. He was made the President of Madhya Pradesh BJP in 2015.
