SC declines Karnataka MLAs plea seeking Trust vote by Monday 5 pm

New Delhi,: Supreme Court on Monday refused to give an early hearing to the plea filed by rebel Karnataka MLAs seeking a direction to hold trust vote by Monday 1700 hrs.
The plea was mentioned by senior lawyer Mukul Rohatgi for an urgent hearing and a direction to Speaker to conclude Trust Vote by evening.
The Apex Court, however, said, it would see whether the plea could be heard on Tuesday.
“We will see it tomorrow, but not today,” the bench of the Apex Court, led by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said today.
