Mumbai, : The benchmark index of Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday slid by 286.24 points to 38,677.09 on profit booking by local operators at higher level.
The Nifty of National Stock Exchange (NSE) too eased by 97.20 points to 11,615.05.
The Sensex registered intra-day high and low at 38,719.33 and 38,509.79 points respectively.(UNI)
