Seven killed as bus overturns in Chhattisgarh

Raipur, Apr 19  :  At least seven persons were killed and 25 others injured after a bus overturned on Kasdol Gidhouri road in Baloda Bazar district.
According to police, a speeding pick-up vehicle carrying marriage party on Kasdol Gidhouri road went uncontrolled and overturned after hitting a tree on Thursday night.
The injured have been admitted to the nearby Kasdol Primary Health Centre for medical aid.
About 17 seriously injured were later referred to the Ambedkar Hospital of Raipur, police said.
