Minor boy drowns in Bandipora village

Bandipora, June 06, CNS: A 4-year-old boy drowned, after he slipped into a pond in Zalpora village of Sumbal Sub-division of North Kashmir’s Bandipora District on Monday morning.

Reports reaching news agency —CNS said that a four year old boy identified as Ali Mohd Kachroo S/O Mohd. Akbar Kachroo, a resident of Zalpora village of Sumbal in Bandipora slipped into a local pond.

Soon after the incident occurred, locals immediately rushed to the spot and retrieved the dead body of a boy.

Meanwhile, a police officer also confirmed the death of the minor due to drowning in the pond
