RS adjourned till 1200 hours after Congress ruckus

New Delhi, :  The Rajya Sabha was adjourned till 1200 hours on Wednesday after the Congress members created ruckus in the Upper House.
When the House assembled for the Zero Hour, the Congress members started shouting for a discussion on political crisis in Karnataka. When the Chairman refuse to listen them, the agitating lawmakers entered into the Well which led to adjournment of the House till 1200 hours.
Yesterday too, the House was adjourned for the day over the same issue.
Earlier, TMC member Ahamad Hasan raised the issue of Sri Lankan refugees who are settled into parts of Tamil Nadu.
He urged the government either to grand them Indian citizenship or talk to the Sri Lankan authority for their rehabilitation in their country.
BJP member Ramesh Oraon requested the government to open the bauxite factory in Muri and Gumla of Jharkhand.
