Lima, Apr 1 : At least 20 people were killed while nearly a dozen injured, as a regional bus caught fire in the Peruvian capital Lima, local media reported on Monday.
The bus en route from Lima to Chiclayo was full of passengers when the interior of the vehicle was engulfed in smoke and flames late on Sunday.
There have been no reports on the cause of the incident.
Investigation has been taken up.
