SSP Baramulla Chairs Crime-Cum-Security Review Meeting

Srinagar : SSP Baramulla Amod Ashok Nagpure chaired a crime-cum-security review meeting at the District Police Line (DPL) Baramulla in which various issues were thoroughly discussed, said police on Saturday.

Police said that the meeting was attended by all the SDPOs, SHOs and IC PPs of the Baramulla district. In this meeting, presentations of SHOs were keenly observed by the SSP Baramulla.

Besides, the action against the OGWs in the district during the current year was discussed, with more focus given on enhancing efforts in the same, said police, adding that the steps taken this year against the drug peddlers/smugglers were also deliberate upon.

“Focus on area domination, prevention of militant incidents, ensuring zero terror recruitment. Crime disposal strategy to improve disposal, quality investigation and role of supervisory officers was also talked about (sic),” added Baramulla Police to a post on X.
