SRINAGAR, NOV 9 (UNI) Security forces checking vehicles at Lal Chowk on Tuesday as security appratus further intensified in Srinagar following civilian killings.

Srinagar, Nov 10, : A civilian and a policeman were injured after militants hurled a grenade near Aalimasjid Eidgah Srinagar this evening.

Sources told suspected militants hurled a grenade towards a police party that exploded on the road.

Two persons including a policeman received splinter injuries.

Hospital sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that two persons were brought to hospital who had sustained splinter injuries. They said both are stable.
