Dr. A G Ahangar Gets Extension As Director SKIMS

Dr A G Ahangar, Director SKIMS Soura getting first shot of covid vaccine as India started vaccination drive across the country from today

Srinagar 26 June (KNB): Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura Director A.G. Ahangar on Saturday gets further extension in his service.

One of the top open heart surgeons from the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Dr Ahangar, who was going to retire within a few days, has got further extension in his service as Director SKIMS and Ex-Officio to the government.

Pertinent to mention that in his tenure so far, Dr A G Ahangar has completed around 14 big projects of the medical institution, besides taking several steps to strengthen the institute in its fight against Covid-19.

Official order regarding the same will be made public today. (KNB)
