PAHALGAM: Jammu & Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha visited the Pahalgam Yatra Base Camp to review the arrangements for the ongoing Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra. During his visit, he inspected facilities for pilgrims and assessed the overall preparedness of the administration.
Speaking to reporters, LG Manoj Sinha said, “This is the fifth pilgrimage I have witnessed. The arrangements this time are far superior. The feedback received from the pilgrims is encouraging. I believe that, in the days to come, this pilgrimage will be remembered as a truly memorable and historic one.”
The Lieutenant Governor appreciated the collective efforts of all agencies involved in ensuring the smooth and secure conduct of the Yatra. He praised the Jammu & Kashmir Police, the Indian Army, paramilitary forces, civil administration, and government officials for their dedication, coordination, and commitment to the safety and welfare of the pilgrims.
