CRPF Personnel Dies In Anantnag

Anantnag:  A CRPF personnel died after he fell unconscious in Mattan area of South Anantnag district.

Officials told GNS that during the intervening night a CRPF personnel who was posted at Mattan developed syncope and was evacuated to PHC Mattan for treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead. Preliminary investigation suggests that he died of cardiac arrest.

He has been identified as constable Azad Ahmad Najar son of Gull Mohd Najar resident of Sheikhpora Uttersoo.

Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and investigation has been taken up.
