CM Omar Abdullah’s sons attend JK Assembly to watch proceedings

Srinagar: On the second day of the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly session, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s two sons attended the proceedings, sitting alongside Nasir Aslam Wani, Advisor to the Chief Minister.

They observed the session attentively.

The session began with an announcement from the Speaker about the Panel of Chairmen. It was a solemn day as Assembly members honored the memory of respected leaders who had passed away, including former President Pranab Mukherjee, former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, and former Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee. The Assembly also paid tribute to former Union Ministers and notable leaders from Jammu and Kashmir, like Chaman Lal Gupta, Abdul Rashid Dar, and Madan Lal Sharma.(KINS)
