Khanyar Gunfight: IGP Kashmir Visits Injured Personnels, Assures Them Of Full Support Through Their Recovery

 

Srinagar: The Inspector General of Police Kashmir Vidhi Kumar Birdi on Saturday visited the injured jawans from the police and CAPF who were wounded during an encounter with terrorists in Khanyar, Srinagar.

In a handout to GNS, the police said that during his visit, the IGP expressed genuine concern for their recovery and inquired about their well-being, acknowledging their vital contributions tomaintaining peace and security in the region.

He also offered words of encouragement and assured the injured personnel of full support throughout their recovery process, reads the statement.(GNS)
