Srinagar : A senior police officer, Ejaz Ahmad Mir, has been elevated to the revered position of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP).
Mir, who has served as a Superintendent of Police (SP) for several years, was promoted to the position of SSP after considering his vast experience and exploits under his belt.
Besides fulfilling difficult tasks in the uniform, Mir has also served during challenging situations in Srinagar and dedicated himself to maintaining law and order.
Apart from dealing tough against criminals and law violators, Ejaz Ahmad Mir is known for his compassion for innocent citizens and for serving people to alleviate their problems
