Dy Director Health Services Kashmir assigned charge of Project Director J&K AIDS Control Society

Srinagar: Government of Jammu and Kashmir Friday assigned Dr. Abdul Rouf Bhat with the charge of Project Director J&K AIDS Control Society.

“It is hereby ordered that Dr. Abdul Rouf Bhat, Deputy Director Health Services, Kashmir, shall look after the charge of the post of Project Director, AIDS Control Society, J&K, in addition to his own duties, till further orders,” reads an order, a copy of which lies with GNS.

“The arrangement in respect of the doctor is made purely on temporary basis and subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before the Court(s) of law and shall not confer any right upon the doctor to claim preferential treatment at the time of regularization/ placement/promotion which shall be made strictly in accordance
with the rules,” the order reads.
