Principal SP College briefs media on ongoing admission process for various UG, PG courses as per NEP-2020

Srinagar: Sri Pratap College, Srinagar today held an interactive session with print and electronic media at the college auditorium, here with regard to recent NAAC Accreditation and ongoing admission process for various UG and PG courses as per National Education Policy-2020 for the academic session 2023-24.

The Principal of the College, Prof (Dr.) Ghulam Jeelani Qureshi explained at length the purpose behind holding the presser. He briefed the media about the rich historical past of the College and its role in building a legacy throughout the globe.

He expressed his desire to publicize the student centric facilities available at the college so that more and more meritorious students desirous of seeking admission in the college are attracted towards it.

The Coordinator IQAC, Dr. Sadiq Majeed apprised the media personnel about the performance of the College during the recent NAAC re-accreditation process (Cycle-3) in which the college secured grade A+. He explained to the media that the college has been progressively growing over the last three NAAC accreditation cycles.

Convenor admissions, Dr Gowhar Hamid Dar explained the process of ongoing admissions and also gave a brief outline of the various rounds of admissions with special emphasis on the spot round of admission.
