Change of Land Use:District Level Committee approves maiden case in Doda

Directs for regular monitoring of portal for time bound compliance

Doda, Mar 3: District Level Committee on Change of Land Use met here today to discuss the applications received online from the applicants from across the district.

 The Committee met under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Vikas Sharma, who is also the Chairman of the Committee.

During the meeting three cases received through online mode were discussed by the committee among which one case of Mohalla tehsil regarding convergence of agriculture land into non agriculture purpose was approved by the committee.

Regarding the remaining two cases, the DC directed the concerned departments to submit the pending responses within the next two days for time bound disposal of the pleas.

In addition to this, the DC fixed the responsibility on the concerned dealing assistants to go through the application received minutely, prior to sending the case to concerned authorities for their response. He directed them to process the applications immediately fulfilling all the codal formalities as per the requirement.

Moreover, the DC directed the concerned dealing Officials to regularly monitor the portal and  send the applications received to the concerned on the same day after thorough scrutiny.

The meeting was attended by ADC Bhaderwah, GM DIC, CEO BDA, ACR Doda, SDM Thathri, DFO Bhaderwah, CAO Doda, Divisional Officer PCC, Tehsildar HQA, Ex En I&FC Doda, Tehsildar Mohalla, besides, other concerned officials were also present.
