Islamabad, Oct 28:The Pakistan government announced on Wednesday that it had decided to declare Tehreek-i-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) a militant outfit and to crush it by all means and resolved that its members who have been on a long march towards the capital Islamabad will be stopped by the army, Rangers and police from entering the city, Dawn reported on Thursday.

The decision was taken by the federal cabinet in its meeting presided over by Prime Minister Imran Khan following which Rangers were requisitioned in Punjab for 60 days to maintain law and order in the province, a day after a meeting of the country’s civil and military leadership.
