Pooch encounter: Exchange of fire continues at Bhata Dhurian encounter site for day 7

Poonch, Oct 20 (KNO): For seventh consecutive day on Wednesday, exchange of fire continued at Bhata Dhurian encounter site in Poonch district, officials said.

Encounter had started in the area on last Thursday after an army patrol dueing a Cordon and Search Operation came under fire in which two army personnel got killed while two others went missing whose bodies were recovered after two days.

Meanwhile, the encounter is still going on in dense forests of Nar in Bhata Dhurian where gunfire started in early morning hours and was going on intermittently when last reports were received.
