New Delhi, Aug 12 (UNI) As many as 41,195 people tested positive for the novel coronavirus in the country during the past 24 hours, taking the cumulative tally of cases to 3,20,77,706 while 490 succumbed in the same period.
The fresh fatalities mounted the death toll to 4,29,669.According to the the Union Health Ministry, the active cases rose by 1,636, to stand at 3,86,351. It is now 1.21 per cent of the total caseload.
