Srinagar, July 15, KNT: A pellet victim from North Kashmir’s Kupwara district Monday appealed people to help him financially for sake of his six kids.

Deprived of eye-sight, Muhammad Shaban Malla, a resident of Gund Moomin area of Kupwara emerged in Press Enclave Srinagar along with his six kids.

While talking to reporters, Malls said that he sustained pellet injuries in his eyes at Kralpora Kupwara in 2016. “After an operation in 2017, I lost sight of my both eyes and since then I am finding it hard to feed my family,” he said.

Pertinently, in 2016 after the killing of Hizb Commander Burhan Wani, scores of people sustained injuries due to pellets while many lost eye-sight.

The blind pellet victim appealed people to help him financially. “Eid is approaching and he is having nothing to feed his children. My kids are asking my questions. They want to live and enjoy like other kids. Please help me,” he said.

He provided his cell number (7051422616), account number of Jammu Kashmir Bank (0488040800600251) with IFSC Code: JAKA0TRHGAM. (KNT)
