Baramulla, June 03 : One person was killed and another injured when their two wheeler scooty was hit by speedy tipper in outskirts of Sopore on Thursday morning.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said that the duo was travelling on Sopore_Ladoora road when the speedy tipper coming from opposite side hit and critically them injured.
However, both the injured were rushed to nearby hospital where one among them succumbed to his injuries.
Confirning the mishap a police officer said a case in this regard has been registered. He identified deceased as Tariq Ahmad Pathan of Binner.
The officer said the injured who identified as Nisar Ahmad Ganai has been taken to the local hospital where he is undergoing treatment.
