IED Detected In Awantipora, BDS Rushed To Spot

Srinagar, May 31  Police and Security Force on Monday detected an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Awantipora area in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, official sources said.

They said that the IED was found in an orchard near Panjgam area of Awantipora.

A Bomb Disposal Squad has been rushed to the area to defuse the device, the sources told GNS. Emerging story. More details awaited. (GNS)
