Has GoI any strategy to deal with COVID surge or left it to states: Omar

Srinagar, Apr 2 :Former chief minister Omar Abdullah on Friday questioned whether the Centre has any strategy to deal with the surge in COVID-19 cases or has left it to the states to deal with the menace now.
