Srinagar, Apr 2 :Former chief minister Omar Abdullah on Friday questioned whether the Centre has any strategy to deal with the surge in COVID-19 cases or has left it to the states to deal with the menace now.

The vice-president of the National Conference (NC), who is in self-quarantine after his father Dr Farooq Abdullah tested positive for COVID-19 recently, said the number of cases have increased from 12,286 cases a month ago on March 2 to 81,466 on
