Be extra-careful as Covid cases are surging: Naidu to Members

 

 

New Delhi, Mar 19: In the wake of increasing number of COVID-19 cases in the country, Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu on Friday asked all Members of the House to take extra-precautions while interacting with the people and follow the guidelines issued by the Central and state governments.

Soon after the House assembled, Mr Naidu mentioned about the rising numbers of cases and advised all the Members to follow Covid protocol.

The Chairman also advised the lawmakers to make people of their respective states aware as at many places the people are found violating the Covid norms.

Mr Naidu also advised them to get themselves vaccinated at the Parliament’s heath centre along with their families.
