Police locate duo who had left home to join militancy in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal

Ganderbal, Mar 16,  : Police have managed to locate 2 youth who had left home to allegedly join militancy in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

Police sources told KNT that a youth hailing from Kurhama and another one hailing from Batwina village had left home to join militant ranks a couple of days ago. They said these youth had taken this step without informing their families.

After receiving information, both these youth were located and are being counseled.

Meanwhile, SSP Ganderbal Khalil Poswal in a tweet said that Ganderbal Police succeeded in bringing back two youth hailing from Batwina and Kurhama, Ganderbal who had left home to join militant ranks.

He said parents were unaware about their clandestine activities. (KNT)
