Shortage of staff hits working in GBHSS Gund Ganderbal

Srinagar, Mar 08 (KNS): The shortage of teachers in Government Boys Higher Secondary School Gund in Ganderbal district has put the future of hundreds students at stake.
Parents of several students told Kashmir News Service that that the School have acute shortage of teaching staff.
According to the parents there school have shortage of of Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany and Mathematics lectures They said that during winter the lectures posted there were deployed to teach at Super 50 coaching centers however till date education department has failed to sent them back to their original place of posting.
However, when KNS contacted Chief Education Officer Ganderbal, Naheeda Nelofar she said that the concerned lectures will be brought back at the end of this month.
She further said that till then internal adjustment has been made.
When asked about shortage of lectures at Girls Higher Secondary School Kangan, CEO said that they have submitted a proposal to Director School Education Kashmir for approval and hopefully the faculty will be posted within soon
