Mumbai, : BSE Sensex on Monday fell by 50.68 points at 39,143.81 in the opening trade on brisk selling in , Realty, OIl&Gas, Auto, and metal stocks.
The Nifty of National Stock Exchange (NSE) too declined by 19.55 points to trade at 11,704.35.
The sensex registered intra day high and low at 39,300.02 and 39,070.27 respectively.
The NSE registered intra day high and low at 11,754.00 and 11,687 30 respectively.
The losers were ONGC by 2.60 pc to Rs 166.75, VEDL by 2.00 pc to Rs 168.65, Bajaj Auto by 1.71 pc to Rs 2824.15, Heromotco by 1.58 pc to Rs 2564.35 and TecH mahindra by 1.47 pctro Rs 729.00.
The Gainer were Yes Bank by 1.78 pc to Rsa 111. 50 SBIN by 1.16 pc to Rs 353.50, Indusbank by 1.07 pc to Rs 1464.75, M&M by 1.05 pc to Rs 633.85 and ITC by 0.08 pc to Rs 276.65.
