Lucknow, Apr 5 :  Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) will commence a nation-wide chanting of Vijay Mantra by the first rays of the rising sun on April 6, which also marks the Hindu New Year 2076, according to the Vikram Samvat calendar, party sources said.

According to the VHP sources here on Thursday, preparations for the ‘Anushthan’, which is a nation-wide mass awareness programme, have almost been completed.
