HUGE QUANTITY OF BANNED UNIFORM ITEMS SEIZED BY AWANTIPORA POLICE.

Awantipora 24 Dec 2020:Awantipora police received an information about the business of banned camouflage uniform items being run by a person from his home at Larmoh Awantipora.

Upon this information,search of the said house was conducted and during search huge quantity of banned camouflage uniform items were seized from the said house. The accused namely Abdul Rehman S/O Sonauallah Dar R/O Larmoh Awantipora who is running the business of banned uniform items neither have any valid permission for doing the business of banned the said controlled uniform items nor he has any registration of business enterprise.

Case FIR No. 197/2020 under sections 188 IPC stands registered at Police Station Awantipora.

Any role of the arrested person for providing these banned uniform items to the terrorists is being investigated and shall be dealt accordingly under relevant laws.
