Shah confident of Modi govt back to power

Hyderabad, Apr 9  :  BJP President Amit Shah has exuded confidence that the Narendra Modi government will come back to power after the Lok Sabha election.
Everywhere in the country it was the chant of “Modi Modi” besides people too wished that the Modi government will back in the saddle after the poll, he said while addressing a BJP election rally for the April 11 Lok Sabha Election in Shamshabad near here on Tuesday.
He said that while the whole country was appreciative of the surgical strikes carried out by Indian forces on terror sites in Pakistan, certain parties and elements spoke light of the action.
Mr.Shah wanted Congress President Rahul Gandhi to make the latter’s stand clear on the demand of the National Conference, which is an ally of the Congress, for separate Prime Minister for Kashmir.
He also took exception to opposition charge that huge sums of money was being spent on the foreign tours of Mr.Modi adding that the foreign trips of Mr.Modi were mainly meant to isolate Pakistan ,which is allowing terror activities from its soil, from the comity rpt comity of nations.
Listing out the various schemes undertaken during the last five years by the Modi Government for the development of Telangana, Mr Shah asked what former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi did for the growth of the state.
He said that the Modi government had sanctioned Rs16,500 crore for various schemes in the state during the last five years.
Charging that during the TRS rule, members of a single family got “jobs”, he said that Chief Minister K.Chandrashekar Rao was afraid of AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi.
He said the Modi government was planning to set up a tribal university in the state and had also completed many railway projects pending for years in the state.
BJP state unit President K.Laxman who also spoke said that the contest in the Lok sabha election in the state was between the BJP and the TRS as the Congress had forfeited its address both in the state and the country.
