B.C.K.Y.R.D Bistro Grill, a multi-cuisine fine-dine and cafe was inaugurated at Badamwari in downtown Srinagar on Monday.A number of business persons, entrepreneurs, Honourable citizens and others were present at the inaugural function.
“With its one of a kind ambience, this classical fine-dine serves you food cooked till perfection and flavoured to delight,” said co-owners of B.C.K.Y.R.D Bistro Grill, Afnan Fayaz and Wajid Aftab .

The B.C.K.Y.R.D Bistro Grill offers a range of Tandoori, burgers, rolls. Shakes,Pizza,Momos,Indian,Mughlai,Continental, Kashmiri cuisines and much more.
They said that the main objective of opening Restaurant in Downtown is to ensure the provision of quality, comfortable and delicious dishes to the residents of this place for organizing various events.
“We also offer a dedicated juice and salad bar that caters to foodies and health-conscious people alike,” said Afnan Fayaz and Wajid Aftab.
The menu has been delicately curated by proficient food consultants after carefully reviewing the likes and dislikes of the food lovers in Kashmir,” they added.

B.C.K.Y.R.D Bistro Grill is spread over two floors with a family section and a cafe & private dining reserve.Interior Design done by Afnan Fayaz under the overall supervision of Fayaz Ahmad Dar.
They said the project took over a couple of years to complete. The team of well-trained professionals run B.C.K.Y.R.D Bistro Grill.
