Blast heard in Afghanistan’s Taluqan city
Kabul: A blast was heard in Taluqan, the provincial capital of north Afghanistan’s Takhar province on Tuesday, local media outlet TOLOnews reported. Quoting unnamed sources, the private media outlet added that the blast took place near the entrance gate of the mayor’s office in the city.
