
Srinagar, Kashmir :Elvania Energies 369 Pvt. Ltd., as the implementing agency under the MSME–Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programme (ESDP), proudly marked the successful launch of the EV & Solar Training Program today at two centres — Women’s College Batpora, Srinagar and Islamic University of Science & Technology, Awantipora.
The inauguration witnessed enthusiastic participation from trainees, marking a strong beginning towards building a skilled workforce in Electric Vehicles and Solar Energy across the Valley.
On this occasion, the Co-Founders of Elvania Energies 369 Pvt. Ltd., Mrs. Fatima Noor (Co-Founder & COO) and Mr. Arshid Shafi Khanyari (Co-Founder) and Chief Sales Officer interacted with the trainees and shared their vision for clean energy, entrepreneurship, and local innovation.
Mrs. Fatima Noor said: “The EV and Solar sector is not just about technology, it is about creating sustainable livelihoods. Through MSME-ESDP, our goal is to empower youth—especially women—with industry-relevant skills so they can become entrepreneurs and change-makers in Kashmir’s green economy.”
Mr. Arshid Shafi Khanyari added: “This program is a step towards making Kashmir a hub of skilled manpower in EV and renewable energy. We strongly believe that local talent, when aligned with future technologies, can drive both economic growth and sustainability.”
The opening day was further strengthened by the visit of Mr. Ajaz Hussain, Nodal Officer, MSME Srinagar, who addressed the trainees and appreciated the initiative.
Mr. Ajaz Hussain remarked: “MSME is committed to promoting entrepreneurship through skill-based programs like ESDP. Initiatives in EV and Solar are crucial for India’s future, and I am glad to see such strong participation and professional execution here in Kashmir.”
Following today’s successful launch, the MSME–ESDP EV & Solar Training Program will expand to 8 more districts of Kashmir starting from 19th January, taking this initiative to a Valley-wide level.
