J&K Police register FIR over circulation of sensitive content on social media in Shopian

November 12: J&K Police in Shopian have taken cognizance of a viral video circulated through a Facebook page titled “Voice of Humanity”, wherein a speech was delivered encouraging separatist tendencies and activities aimed at disturbing peace and public tranquillity.

In this connection, a case vide FIR No. 109/2025 has been registered at Police Station Zainapora, and investigation has been set into motion.

J&K Police reaffirm their commitment to maintaining peace and public order and will continue to take firm legal action against those attempting to disturb harmony or misuse social media platforms.
