Woman dies after being hit by vehicle in Srinagar

Srinagar, Sep 29: A 55-year-old woman died after being hit by a vehicle in the Sanat Nagar area of Srinagar on Monday morning, officials said.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the accident occurred in the morning at Sanat Nagar after a vehicle hit a woman who was riding a scooty.

He said that she was shifted to a nearby hospital in a critical condition where doctors declared her dead on arrival

The woman has been identified as Shar Banu (55) wife of Ansar Hussain Khan of Jammu. Police have taken cognisance of the matter—(KNO)
