Panthers Party Expels Four Leaders for Anti-Party Activities, Dissolves Kashmir Units

Jammu, May 22:The Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (Bhim) has taken disciplinary action against four of its senior leaders, expelling them from the party for alleged anti-party activities.

In an official statement released from the party’s central office in Jammu, the Panthers Party announced the expulsion of Hakikat Singh Jamwal, Farooq Ahmed Dar, Abdul Rashid Ganie, and Mushtaq Ahmed from the basic membership of the party.

The decision was taken during a meeting held under the chairmanship of Party President Vilakshan Singh, where it was further resolved to dissolve all organizational bodies of the Kashmir Province with immediate effect.

According to the statement, the party leadership intends to reconstitute the Kashmir-based units in the near future, signaling a major structural overhaul in its organizational setup in the valley.

The party has not disclosed specific details regarding the nature of the anti-party activities that led to the expulsions but emphasized that disciplinary standards and party discipline will be upheld without compromise.

Meanwhile, in a significant political development earlier in the day, the expelled leaders joined the Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party during a joining function held in Srinagar. They were welcomed by senior Apni Party leaders, marking yet another instance of realignment within the region’s dynamic political landscape.

The Panthers Party has not disclosed further details about the specific actions that led to the expulsions but emphasized the importance of internal discipline and organizational loyalty.
