Kupwara: A 25 Year-Old youth was drowned to death in Zangli area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Friday.
Officials told GNS that a youth was drowned after he slipped into a Dam in Zangli today.
Soon a team police, SDRF and locals started rescue operation. After strenuous efforts by rescue team, the body of youth was retrieved from the dam.
The deceased has been identified as Arshad Ahmad Meelu a resident of Zangli.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.(GNS)
