Two Suspects Apprehended Along With Arms And Ammunition In Bandipora: Army

Bandipora: Army on Thursday claimed that it in a joint operation along with police have arrested two suspects along with arms and ammunition at Gandbal- Hajin road in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district.

Taking on to micro-blogging platform X, the army’s Chinar Corps wrote, “12 Mar 2025, based on specific intelligence input, a Joint Search Operation was launched by IndianArmy, @JmuKmrPolice and @crpf_srinagar at Gandbal-Hajin Road, Bandipora.

During search, two suspected individuals have been apprehended alongwith recovery of 01xPistol, 01xPistol Magazine, 02xHand Grenades, 01xAK Magazine, ammunition & other war like stores.

Further Investigation by Police is in progress, reads the post.(GNS)
